Charles Singleton sued Reta Singleton for divorce. Defendant filed general denial and cross-bill. Judgment was for plaintiff on his petition, and for plaintiff against defendant on her cross-bill. Defendant appeals.

Petition was filed January 28, 1950. Plaintiff alleged that he and defendant were married November 2, 1938, but that defendant had refused to live with him as his wife since August 7, 1948, and alleged indignities as grounds...
