Order, so far as appealed from by the landlord and the tenant, unanimously modified by providing that under items 4a and 4b the landlord shall set forth the tenancies upon which it intends to rely for comparability and as to such tenancies and in connection therewith the landlord shall furnish the particulars required in items 1, 2 and 3.
