MORRISON, Judge.

The offense is murder; the punishment, thirty-five years in the penitentiary. There is no contention that the facts do not support the verdict.

Appellant presents eight bills of exception, five of which he urges as reflecting error. Bills of excepting one to four deal with the Court's overruling appellant's challenge for cause directed at four different veniremen.
