On December 18, 1946, plaintiff sold and agreed to deliver to defendant 396 feet of 12-inch, 3/16 butt welded well casing and fittings at an agreed price of $3,063.60. On the following day, defendant purchased from plaintiff 96 feet of 16-inch casing and fittings at the agreed price of $449.36.
