On September 20, 1948, Mr. and Mrs. John J. Scullin of Butte, Montana, were killed in an automobile accident at Beach, North Dakota. Mrs. Scullin predeceased her husband by ten minutes.

Mrs. Scullin was known as Genevieve Taylor prior to her marriage to Mr. Scullin. As Genevieve Taylor she owned 100 shares of 6% preferred stock of the American Power & Light Company, represented by certificate No. 50866, and other property not involved...
