Defendant, who is plaintiff in error here, was convicted under section 1, chapter 83, '35 C. S. A., of wilfully, unlawfully and feloniously neglecting, failing and refusing to provide reasonable support and maintenance for his illegitimate child. The verdict of the jury included a finding that defendant was the father of the minor child, Anthony Trujillo.
