We are compelled to affirm the lower court under such circumstances that we regret we cannot render judgment in favor of the appellant, a young man who has been struck down in the very prime of life. Unfortunately, however, the law is clear, and appellant's action is cut off by section 905 of the Longshoremen's and Harbor Workers' Compensation Act,1 (referred to herein as the "Act"), the applicable Workmen's Compensation...
