The appellant was convicted of the unlawful possession of intoxicating liquor, fined and sentenced to serve a term in jail. On his appeal here, his only assignment of error is that the trial court erred in overruling his motion to quash the search warrant and to suppress the evidence obtained by a search made on the authority thereof.
