PER CURIAM.
At the time this appeal was being argued the court called attention of counsel to the fact that the notice of appeal had seemingly been filed more than ten days after the entry of judgment, in violation of our Rule 27(a).
It having been represented to this court that the record showing the judgment appealed from to have been entered on February 27, 1950 was in error and that the judgment had actually been entered a day later, on February 28, 1950...
