The Tampa Shipbuilding & Engineering Company, hereinafter sometimes referred to as the "company" or the "old company," was dissolved June 1, 1945, and its directors became trustees thereof. At the time of dissolution the company had six directors. Only three of the six trustees joined in instituting and prosecuting this suit. See Finding 3.
