Action for dissolution of a partnership and for an accounting of profits since August 1, 1936. Plaintiff claims 65% of such profits which, he contends, were in excess of $30,000. This court has appellate jurisdiction on the ground of the "amount in dispute." Section 3, Article V, Constitution of Missouri 1945, Mo.R.S.A. Const. Art. V, § 3.
