Norton, Jr. and Central Investment Company of Texas, against Kleberg County for the principal and interest upon "Kleberg County Courthouse and Jail Refunding 5% Bonds" owned and held by petitioners. The only issue before the court is the validity of petitioners' claim for interest accruing on the bonds after April 20, 1944, the date when the county called the bonds for redemption.
