This is an appeal by defendant from a judgment for plaintiffs. [1] There are no express findings, and we have no record of the evidence, the appeal being presented on the judgment roll. We must, therefore, regard all allegations of plaintiffs' complaint as true. If there were allegations of defensive facts in the answer, we would regard them as untrue, but we find none.
