LINCOLN, Justice.

J. H. Jimmerson and his wife, Mrs. E. B. Jimmerson, were the owners in community of four tracts of land in the Robert Bell Survey in Rusk County, aggregating about 218 acres, their homestead. On June 14, 1938, they executed an instrument in form of a general warranty deed to C. D. Henderson, the husband of their daughter Monnie Jimmerson Henderson. At that time Mr. Jimmerson was about 76 years of age and Mrs. Jimmerson was about 68 years of age....
