This is an action for infringement of a patent. The patent claims an improved, portable, fluent material loader, consisting of a screw conveyor and supporting and operating structure therefor, whereby material, such as grains, may be removed from freight cars, piles, and the like, to storage containers, trucks, or cars. Plaintiff, relying upon five claims of the patent, prays for a permanent injunction prohibiting the making, sale or use by defendants...
