In June, 1947, Mrs. Clarice Denton Peaco, in her own right and as administratrix of her husband, Albert Lee Peaco, deceased, instituted a suit against her daughter, Dorothy Peaco Corker, an infant, for the partition of certain real estate in the county of Henrico, Virginia.
