BLISS, Justice.

Plaintiff pleaded and argues that it is the owner of the property involved herein because it is a part of the bed of a lake which was a navigable body of water when Iowa was admitted as a state, the title to which bed passed to it upon its admission, by virtue of its sovereignty. In its petition plaintiff also alleged that it has title to the property under a decree of January 15, 1934 quieting title in it, a copy of which decree it introduced in evidence...
