The dominant question presented in this case is whether or not Lake County Medical Center is immune from taxes. We are confronted with the contention that it is taxable under Section 16, Article XVI of the Constitution. F.S.A. I do not think this provision of the Constitution has any relevancy whatever to the question presented.
