Appeal by plaintiffs from judgments for defendants entered on verdicts of a jury in an action for damages for personal injuries.

The accident occurred about 8 p.m. on June 25, 1946, at the intersection of Ferndale Avenue and Black Oak Drive in Los Angeles. The sun set at 7:08 p.m. that day.
