On November 24, 1948, the County of Warwick filed a petition' in the circuit court of that county in which it was alleged that a doubt exists as to the true boundary line between Warwick and York counties. It was also alleged that for the purposes of proper administration, jurisdiction, and the exercise of its lawful governmental functions, the officers of the county had attempted to ascertain the boundary...
