Defendant was found guilty of grand larceny, sentenced to four years in the penitentiary, and has appealed.

Defendant was charged jointly with two other women of stealing goods of Chester Stores, Incorporated, from its store in St. Charles known as the Famous, but was granted a severance and tried separately.
