Glenda Lemonds, by her next friend, C. J. Lemonds, sued Dewey Ramsey, Virgil Greenway, Carlmac Holmes and B. W. Young for $20,000 damages on account of personal injuries sustained in an automobile accident. The jury returned a verdict in favor of plaintiff and against Ramsey and Greenway, assessing plaintiff's damages at $5,000; and against plaintiff and in favor of Holmes and Young. After their respective motions for a new trial were overruled...
