"... the crime of WILFUL REFUSAL TO ANSWER PROPER AND MATERIAL QUESTION BEFORE LEGISLATIVE COMMITTEE, committed as follows:

"He, the said BURTON JAMES, in the County of King, State of Washington, on or about the 22nd day of July, 1948, having been duly summoned to attend as a witness before the legislative Fact-Finding...
