The Plaintiff, Teofilla V. Pickle, instituted this suit to recover damages for the death of Frank B. Pickle, which she alleges was caused by the willfullness, recklessness or gross negligence of Michael Trimmel, Defendant. The Plaintiff seeks recovery on behalf of three children of Frank B. Pickle and on her own behalf as widow under the Pennsylvania "Wrongful Death" Statutes1
