These seven civil actions were filed in a local court and duly removed to this Court where they have been consolidated for the purpose of pleading and trial. The defendants, seven insurance companies, have filed a motion to dismiss on the ground that the complaints fail to state claims upon which relief can be granted, based on the face of the pleadings.
