By this suit plaintiff seeks to have the Court review and set aside as not in accordance with law a Compensation Order entered by Deputy Commissioner, Richard P. Lawson, on March 16, 1947, pursuant to provisions of the Longshoremen's and Harbor Workers' Compensation Act of March 4, 1927, 33 U.S.C.A. § 901 et seq.
