Mrs. Rosie Smith was struck and killed by a truck owned and driven by Daniel Schultz. Her administrator recovered $7500 damages against Schultz, who seeks a reversal of the judgment on six grounds, the first of which is that the court erred in not directing a verdict in his behalf.
