This litigation was here initially in Mindell v. Glenn, D.C.Mun.App., 65 A.2d 340. Appellee Mindell had sued for possession of real estate under our so-called Forcible Entry and Detainer Statute.1 The trial court had entered an order staying proceedings pending final disposition of a District Court action affecting title to the property.
