McLAUGHLIN, Circuit Judge.

Appellant, an alien of Danish nationality, was indicted and convicted under 8 U.S. C.A. § 1801 for knowingly, unlawfully and feloniously reentering the United States after having been arrested and deported therefrom.

He argues on this appeal that there should have been a direction of acquittal; that there was no entry in violation of the statute and that the Trial Court permitted improper evidence...
