Two replevin actions were consolidated for trial in the district court. They were instituted by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation against H.J. Cloonan and Helen M. Cloonan, his wife, on two chattel mortgage notes and to obtain possession of the chattels pledged as security. The action against Helen M. Cloonan was dismissed. The jury answered special questions, rendered a general verdict for plaintiff...
