Plaintiff sues to recover $178,281.56 alleged to be reimbursable items of cost incurred for and incidental to the performance of six cost-plus-a-fixed-fee contracts entered into with defendant through the United States Maritime Commission, and for a reasonable sum to cover costs and attorneys' fees incurred in bringing this suit.
