This is an appeal from a judgment or decree of the district court for Keith County, Nebraska, sustaining objections of the County of Keith, Nebraska, to an order of E. C. Iverson, State Fire Marshal of the State of Nebraska, condemning and requiring demolition of the county jail of the County of Keith and dismissing the action instituted by the State Fire Marshal. E. C. Iverson is appellant and the County of Keith is appellee.
