The plaintiff Griggs commenced this suit as a resident taxpayer of School District No. 76 of Wayne County against such school district and its officers to enjoin the expenditure of school district funds and the entering into of agreements in regard to the operation of a school, either grade or high school, unless approved by the legal voters of the district.
