The automobile collision from which this suit results took place shortly after 9:30 o'clock on the night of September 7, 1947, at the corner of South Carrollton and South Claiborne Avenues in New Orleans.

Plaintiff, Billy Sangree, was driving his Plymouth Coach on Carrollton Avenue, going in the direction of St. Charles Avenue. Mrs. Sangree was on the front seat alongside him. Defendant, Steve Grilletta was driving his automobile on Claiborne...
