Rankin, Trustee, to restrain a trustee's sale of 1400 acres of land in Hidalgo County, Texas, to satisfy four notes in the principal sum of $5,126.50 each, due on or before July 21, 1948, and being vendor's lien notes, additionally secured by deed of trust on said 1400 acres of land.
