ROYAL GORGE POST NO. 4061 OF THE VETERANS OF FOREIGN WARS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA; The Grace Baptist Church of South Canon, a Colorado Corporation; and T. M. Fulton, G. Earlene Daughterty, and W. C. Holder, who claim the right to act on behalf of and represent the Fundamental Baptist Tabernacle, a Corporation, as trustees, officers, agents or otherwise, defendants in error.
