Plaintiff, the mother of decedent Mary Patricia White, brought this action for the wrongful death of her daughter, who was riding as a guest passenger in a car driven by one Maxwell. The case was tried before the court without a jury. Judgment was rendered in favor of plaintiff and defendants have appealed.
