This cause originated in the filing of a complaint by appellant wherein he sought recovery of an automobile from respondent. The complaint was brief and contained only the usual allegations in such an action. Respondent's answer admitted possession of the vehicle; denied that he wrongfully possessed the same and affirmatively alleged that he was a part owner of the automobile and entitled to its possession.
