This is an action commenced by Susanna A. Stinson in the circuit court of Clark county against Alice G. Peterson and Patricia Madeline Mann to set aside three deeds executed in consideration of a promise to support the grantor. Judgment was entered canceling the deeds and defendants have appealed.
