Plaintiffs Hawkins and Hook suffered personal injuries and Hawkins' car was damaged in a collision with defendant's freight train at a highway-railroad crossing in the city of Paragould at about 2:00 a. m. on Nov. 11, 1948. At the trial of plaintiffs' action brought to recover for these injuries to person and property, the Circuit Judge directed a verdict for the defendant at the close of all the evidence...
