Plaintiffs brought this action for personal injuries suffered by plaintiff Cecelia E. Mish in an automobile accident. Defendant Robbins is Mrs. Mish's brother. At the time of the accident he was engaged to marry defendant Brockus. Prior to the trial they had been married.

The automobile in which Mrs. Mish was riding was owned by Robbins and was being driven by Miss Brockus with his consent. The other automobile involved in the accident was owned...
