This is an appeal from an order of the Corporation Commission of the State of Oklahoma directing the Chicago, Rock Island & Pacific Railroad Company to establish and maintain a grade crossing across its tracks on Kickapoo street in the city of Shawnee, and directing the Oklahoma City-Ada-Atoka Railway Company to construct and maintain an overhead crossing over its railroad tracks and right of way on said Kickapoo street, one-half the cost to be borne...
