GEORGE ROSE SMITH, Justice.
This action was brought by the appellees to enjoin the appellants from repeatedly trespassing upon a 12-foot strip of land to which the appellees asserted title. By answer and cross-complaint the appellants alleged title in themselves and asked for a similar injunction against the appellees. After hearing oral testimony the chancellor found for the plaintiffs and entered the decree from which the appeal is taken.
