Charles N. Bolt Jr. sued Gulf Life Insurance Company in Floyd Superior Court on a contract of insurance, alleging that under the terms of the contract he was entitled to $256 on account of the loss of sight in his left eye as the result of a blow received on or about October 4, 1946, and that the defendant had failed and refused to pay him.
