HARDY, Judge.

This is a compensation suit in which plaintiff claims total and permanent disability as the result of an accident alleged to have been sustained while in the employ of defendant's assured. After trial there was judgment in favor of plaintiff awarding compensation at the rate of $30.00 per week for a period of 20 weeks, from which judgment both plaintiff and defendant have appealed.
