LAMOUREUX v. LAMOUREUX

44 So.2d 810 (1950)

LAMOUREUX v. LAMOUREUX.

Supreme Court of Florida, Division A.

Rehearing Denied March 18, 1950.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Anderson & Nadeau, Miami, for appellant.

E.L. Lockhart, Miami Beach, and Ross and Reinhardt, Miami, for appellee.

PER CURIAM.

The facts in this case were detailed in Lamoureux v. Lamoureux, 157 Fla. 300, 25 So.2d 859. The estate invoved in the instant appeal consists of the home and a dry cleaning and laundry business, owned by the parties as tenants in common. Both items of the estate are encumbered by a mortgage. The appeal is from a final decree which, with other features, required appellant to discharge both mortgages with the income from his share of the estate.
