The evidence introduced in support of the allegations of plaintiff's petition and defense thereof establishes that plaintiff corporation was organized in 1923; that it was then known as the K.C. Waffle House and that ever since it has been engaged in operating a restaurant in the City of Oklahoma City. The name of the corporation was afterwards changed to Bishop's Restaurant, Inc., of Oklahoma City.
