This is an appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Circuit Court in the amount of $6,500.00 in favor of the plaintiff, who is the widow and the administratrix of the estate of one Lawrence Copenhaver whose death, on June 22, 1947, was the circumstance out of which the action arose. The judgment was preceded by a verdict. The action is based upon § 8-903, O.C.L.A., and averments that the defendant negligently...
