This application was filed by Earl Thomas for leave to appeal from refusal of his petition for writ of habeas corpus.

Petitioner alleges that on March 23, 1949, he was sentenced to the Maryland House of Correction for the term of 18 months, and that on December 25, 1949, while serving his term, he was taken back to the House of Correction from the Sandy Point Road Camp accused of having left the Camp...
