This is an action for personal injuries received by the plaintiff on September 19, 1947 while engaged in construction work as an employee of the defendants. The defendants have complied with the North Dakota Workmen's Compensation Act and were entitled to all of the benefits conferred upon and protection afforded to an employer by that statute.
